Booking Your Hotel

This year’s conference will be held at Gaylord Resort National Harbor, Maryland. If you need to book a hotel room, please note the following:

  • The last day to book your hotel room with our hotel block is February 8th, 2024. We understand that things come up and last minute changes occur. If you need to make any last minute changes or something comes up, please reach out the Gaylord Resort National Harbor.

  • Please note, all reservations cancellations must occur at least 72- hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax penalty charge.

  • Tickets do not include cost of hotel room.
