    PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY STATES ATTORNEY

    Aisha Braveboy is an American politician and attorney who has served as the state's attorney of Prince George's County, Maryland since 2018. She was previously a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing the 25th district from 2007 to 2015. As a Delegate, Ms. Braveboy was appointed by the Speaker of the House to serve as Chair of the Consumer Protection Subcommittee.

    She was elected by her peers to serve as Chair of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland, where she guided the 44-member organization on a wide range of policy issues including parity for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), reducing mass incarceration, enhancing tools to prosecute rapists, increasing opportunities for women and minority-owned businesses and reducing health disparities in our State.

  • Camille Blake Fall, Esq

    DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF MINORITY HEALTH AT MD DEPT OF HEALTH

    Camille Blake Fall serves as the Director of the Office of Minority Health and Health Disparities. She brings to the role more than 20 years of government service leading policy, programmatic, and legislative advocacy efforts in healthcare and public safety and an unwavering commitment to improving communities, advancing equity and driving transformational change.

    Before joining the Maryland Department of Health, Camille served as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Office of the State’s Attorney’s for Baltimore City (SAO) where she led the SAO’s Policy & Legislative Affairs Division responsible for advancing all federal, state, and local policy and legislative initiatives.

  • Dr. Micheal Wooten

    FORMER WHITE HOUSE FEDERAL CONTRACT POLICY ADMINISTRATOR

    Dr. Michael Eric Wooten was appointed by the President of the United States to serve as the Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy. Previously while serving as Acting Assistant Secretary for Career, Technical, and Adult Education at the U.S. Department of Education, he participated in the President's national apprenticeship initiative, criminal justice reform, and other domestic policy initiatives. He also served as the deputy chief procurement officer for the District of Columbia government.

  • Eleagar Primus

    FORMER DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC CONTRACTING DEPT OF VA

    Currently, Mr. Elegear J. Primus joined Impact Diversity Solutions Corporation. He recently served ten years at the Department of Veterans Affairs as the Deputy Associate Executive Director of the Department of Veteran Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC). In this role, he was directly responsible for building and leading a fee-for-service organization providing comprehensive acquisition and program management support expertise to the Department of Veteran Affairs, highly complex strategic medical systems, and devices.

    Before joining the VA, Mr. Primus was president of a Veteran Owned Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business.

    Tracy Balazs is an entrepreneur and senior executive with a foundation based in supporting both public and private sector organizations in Healthcare, Human Resources Consulting, and Human Performance for Military Readiness programs. She comes from a background of healthcare with 20 years of clinical trauma nursing followed by healthcare recruiting and federal government business development career prior to her starting her first business in 2004.

    Since 2004, her former company, FSR obtained several hundred prime government contracts that cover the United States and was acquired by a Private Equity Firm. After leading FSR as their CEO for 18 years, she transitioned to became the founder and CEO of Compass Government Solutions late April, 2021.

  • Dr. Lauren Josephs

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF VISIONARY VANGUARD GROUP, INC

    Dr. Lauren Josephs is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of dedicated experience in leading culturally-responsive community-based research, evaluation, and technical assistance projects. Recognized for her commitment to reducing disparities and improving outcomes, she have become a trusted expert in finding practical solutions to organizational and social challenges.

    Specializing in trainings and technical assistance, Lauren focuses on key areas such as health disparities, cultural and linguistic competence, diversity, equity, and Inclusion.

    Beyond her work in disparities and cultural competence, Lauren plays a pivotal role in overseeing a spectrum of capacity-building services for new and emerging businesses. She emphasis on supporting entrepreneurs who are Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (SEDI).

  • Dr. Angela Marshall

    Angela Marshall, MD, FACP, is the founder of Comprehensive Women’s Health, Inc., a primary care practice for women.   • Carl Brown

    Mr. Carl Brown has held executive and leadership positions in a variety of industries in the private and public sectors. He has been called a “Transformational leader” by Earl “Butch” Graves, Jr., publisher of Black Enterprise magazine.

    Mr. Brown is a Supervisory, Contracting Officer for the District of Columbia, and prior to that he was a small business counselor at the Howard University Small Business Development Center. Mr. Brown served five years as the Executive Director at the Center for Minority Business Development.

    He has written legislation in support of strengthening minority business programs and contract compliance.

    Green has been covering news in her hometown of Washington, D.C., for more than 25 years. She has been recognized with an EMMY Award for her work on NBC4’s newscasts. She anchored the morning news on News channel 8 for eight years before brief stints at WTTG-TV and in COX Media Group’s Washington Bureau.

    Green has been honored many times throughout her career, including special honors by the Associated Press and through Washington’s Salute to Professional African American Women.
